Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

​

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

​

No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

​

This policy allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest who may be waiting for an appointment.

Color Appointment Deposits:

​

For longer appointments such as color services, blonding services, or color corrections, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. (Your stylist will reach out to you directly for the deposit.)

 

Deposits will go toward the final cost of your service. 

 

Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours.

 

If proper notice is given (48+ hours), the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.
